Delivery
A 10 kg package was supposed to be delivered to door, but no attempt was made. Instead, it went directly to Pakkeshop. Meanwhile we were here waiting the whole day. Outrageous!

Awful service !! Staying whole day expecting a delivery , and finaly when i decided to go out it was in front of the door , even tho its a thousand dollar delivery, without any signal from the delivery guy that i have a pack, they just run and throw some packs in front the door. Don’t reccomend
I am living on seckond flor, but guy was so nice he left pack on down and run.

Love is a strong word but .... I had a couple of problems. Customer Service was very friendly and helpful. Both of my problems were solved with a (telephone) smile.

I bought very heavy fitness equipment online and as soon as I received an email from GLS where I got the opportunity to set a date for the packages to be delivered, which I did so I could make sure I was home when they were delivered. I received a confirmation email from GLS with the chosen date. But then they were delivered another day and I was not warned early enough to change my plans and get home. I was warned the day of the delivery and I had client meeting that could not be postponed. When I received an email telling me I had to go to the pakke shop to get the parcels, I replied explaining my situation. But I did not hear from them. Then I called GLS who put me through to the depot where I was told that they made a mistake but they still did not want to deliver the packages to my home because it was against their policy. I have 3 packages of 20 kg each and one of 6 kg and no car. Now I need to take a taxi and find someone who can help me carry the parcels to and from the car. Very very bad experience!!!
