Went to their store at Illum with my defect iPhone X leather cover that I at the time had purchased 3 weeks prior. The problem with the cover was that the leather was starting to peel off. Instantly I was told by the staff that I myself had made the damaged by dropping the phone and putting the phone in my pocket with my keys. Assumptions that are totally unfair and wrong. I demanded to speak to the store manager, who came out and agreed with his staff and then told me that they would do me a favour of sending in the case for examination to determine the issue. If it was my fault though, I would even have to pay for what they thought is called \service\ by sending it in. I contacted customer service, which you only can do by email, and as the website state, it took exactly 3 days to get a reply. The customer service member didn't even address the staffs behaviour towards me where they blamed me for ruining the leather cover. Customer service only highlighted their routines when handling defected items. I replied and it's been 10 days to this day without any contact back from Humac. I'm very disappointed with the treatment from the store, staff and management and also disappointed with how head office has handled this! Blaming the customer by assuming how the customer lives his life is NOT providing good service and trying to understand the customers need. Unfortunately for Humac, I will NOT shop in their stores again!
