Worst experience ever. I had never had to deal with such a shop which completely lacks quality control about its products and decent customer service. I bought a PC (Razer Blade 15) following the suggestions of the salesman, making a very important expense because I needed very high performances and a reliable PC. The PC presented BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) from the very first day, which I then found on the internet being a frequent problem for these PCs, making it almost impossible to work without constantly losing work. After contacting Razer support, I gave up and took it back to Elgiganten at Glostrup, where I bought it. They refused to give me a refund for buying a new PC despite having shown them the Windows Problem Report with about 70 BSOD episodes. In addition, they gave me a replacement PC which completely stopped working after a few hours, costing me to come back for the third time, queuing for another half an hour waiting before being served. The reparation was supposed to be done within 2 weeks. After a month, I still know nothing about the repair and it is impossible to contact them except by going in person even if I asked them to have a phone number to call because I don't live close by. Bad customer service ever and very poor communication. Really embarrassing. I really hope that the Manager will read this review and will do something to improve their quality, customer service, and waiting time.
Good electronic store has almost anything you can think off. They have great deals here and there so I'd recommend coming here for your electronics.

There is a lot of empty shelves and the layout is confusing. However the employees is very helpful and can usually help find the things you need.
