Great company, excellent service. I own a Robens prospector tent. Makes for a true glamping experience if you add the Prairie bags, the Tobey table, a thick air mattress and a couple wooden stools. Next to try is the oven. While taking the tent down for the first time (it’s heavy!), one of the springs slipped out of the steel frame. I had a replacement within a week. Now I only need to decide where to go next! ;-)

In the beginning I thought - cool products! But know I regret my decision to buy an air tent of outwell for more than 800 from which I thougt it is a premium product. Not long used the seams of the shroud of the air tube failed. And I controled the air pressure many times a day to avoid excessing the maximum pressure. But the customer service persisted on selling a tube by sending standard messages not understanding the issue (I need the shell!!!) even after I send many pictures to show the problem. At the moment I don't get any answer since two weeks, beeing ignored. Thank you Team Outwell for your perfect support...... What am I going to do if I am on a campsite needing some spares? I don't want to imagine that... If any manager is out there - please come in grips with your customer service and help me!

Desværre en lidt dårlig oplevelse med chefen , hvor af at vikarbureauet med en fejl kom til at bukke mig med en halv times for kort arbejdsdag , hvor istedenfor at spørger stille og roligt om jeg kan blive der den halve time længere siger han at det er han ligeglad med, hvor jeg bare skulle blive der.
