People normally say, stay away from GameStop BUT this one is the exception. - Friendly staff that you can talk with. - Good selection of items but only PC little small. - Good customer service! - Updates to the store is common. - It's very clean - In simple, if you need info about things you should come here. They are willing to talk and explain!

Old used games cost as much as new games, (and not in the cheap end). There's a bunch of low quality merchandise for tons of different franchises, such as FNAF, Pokémon, etc. Which is, in my opinion, also overpriced. An entire wall oh the store is just filled with empty console boxes for show, and the section for nintendo switch and 3DS is very small, with prices being through the roof. The products and price tags give the impression that the people running the store, are completely disconnected from the community/communities they're trying to appeal to, and don't understand the industry at all. I mean, when you see a used nintendo DS game from 2006, listed for the original release price back from 12 years ago when it came out, you can't really take it seriously. (there were several rows of such examples, including PS3 and X360 games aswell.) Overall, the pricings are terribly expensive, and their "Trade in and save money on your next purchase" is a joke. You can trade in a brand new game you bought a week prior and only played once, and get about 5-10% of the value of the game saved on your next purchase, while they then sell the game on for 95% of the price for a new copy. It's kind of an insult. Oh, and if you're a PC gamer, you might aswell ignore Gamestop completely unless you're looking for an overpriced controller. The best experience I've had with Gamestop, is getting a new PS4 controller for free after the one I bought stopped working, without any questions. That was nice. Oh and there was a cheap, good mechanical keyboard once. That's about it. It's a great place to browse if you're bored, but it's a terrible place to actually shop/trade in stuff. Shop online instead.
