Wheelchair-accessible entrance
The terminal itself is fine and has a convenient bridge connection to the city for those arriving by foot. However, embarkation on the ship to Oslo was badly organized. Firstly passengers are waiting on the second floor, when the ship arrives, everyone is invited downstairs. There is only one very slow elevator, so all rush to it and there is no priority given to persons with disabilities or families with small children. When you are down, the embarking happens in several groups, again, the disabled persons are not prioritised. Hopefully DFDS will improve their service. Rooms on the ship are clean, but look outdated.
