Absolute professionals. They healed our difficult dog, and treated us with respect and compassion. They kept us updated every step of the way and were incredibly generous with their time, answering all of our questions. Highly recommend and am so grateful for them.

Expensive! And they used the cheapest cat recovery collar after surgery. My cat hated it. They had struggled with the cat too much! When we picked up the cat, found it extremely nervous. He was tearing himself apart. something I have never seen before! The hospital doctor also prescribed three vaccinations. I checked that with the other vets form private clinics, and they said 2 for an indoor cat is enough. For vaccination I do not recommend the university hospital at all. they charge you more than any other private clinic in the town.

Everyone here is so kind and professional. They listen to you, inform you, give your pet outstanding care and just seem to do everything they can to put you and your animal at ease. I have used them twice for emergencies now and left both times knowing my dog got the best possible care. I am so appreciative for this place and the people who work there.

Our beloved cat was very sick already when we came here for an ultrasound scan. We got a written very detailed epicrise, that was discussed with a doctor to plan the palliative medications. Unfortunately our cat did not make the second phase as he worsened suddenly, we took him in the evening at their emergency, and we had to end his sufferings. They gave us the options to stay with him to the end - which we opted out, and kissed him goodbye before leaving him alone with the doc. He'll be cremated and we'll get him back in an urne. Overall, very professional and empathic staff, excellent written and verbal communications, we always felt well informed. The hospital is open 24x7x365. Free parking mon-fri 8-16 with a ticket you get at the reception.

Really nice and friendly staff. They are open 24h and we needed help late on Sunday. They made full check up and helped with some medications. Our puppy fully recovered just couple hours later

My experience is bad, very bad. I don't even know what to say about the staff, because I didn't get to meet anyone. They said by the phone that they could not see my cat. This is a 24/7 hospital, so I find this attitude unacceptable!

This has been the primary care provider for my pekingese for 10 years. Sometimes the wait can be lengthy, but the bedside manner is great and the staff love their animals and their jobs.

Thanks to them, my cat with heart problems is still alive and well. I will always recommend them
