Awful experience, AVOID this place at any cost for a repair job! Unfit watch smith. I brought in a watch for a crystal swap for which I had previously bought a new crystal from Rolex. The part came new and blistered. Unfortunately, while fitting the new crystal the watch-smith broke it. This happened for two reasons: 1) he used the wrong tool, in that case he used a screwdriver.... 2) very sadly, the watch smith has a neurological disorder causing his hands to shake uncontrollably which renders his daily tasks almost impossible. I didn't notice it when I had first drop the watch to him and he should have mentioned it to me beforehand. The broken part having been under their responsibility, I asked for compensation which they refused. I am left with a disassemble watch that he refused to build back and a broken crystal. Once more, AVOID if it is for a service or a repair work that needs care or proper tool. EDIT: Following your response, I would like to add that you took the watches knowingly. Both came with their respective parts to be fitted (a set containing a dial hands and a crystal with its gaskets). The Rolex crystal was factory sealed, you opened it, and I even expressly requested from you to keep the blister which you agreed to! Please see the pictures attached taken at the drop and when I got it back damaged from you. Moreover, the watch that you disassembled was poorly reassembled hence the watch is no longer waterproof and its bezel can’t be fitted. You even left finger prints and dust particles on the dial. Maybe, you didn’t have the basic/proper tool again: finger cots and blowers… The watch and crystal were under your responsibility and you damaged them both. I should not be left with a loss sustained by a series of mistake you committed.

Rigtig god service. Har både fået min lænke til mit Omega lavet, samt solgt et ur til butikken på et tidspunkt. De er super søde og har styr på tingene.
Elendig service. Har betalt 700,- for ingen ting...De skulle lave mit ur men det kunne de ikke finde ud af, selvom de har brugt 5 måneder på det
Har brugt dem ca. 10 år: god service, venlig betjening, rimelige priser...
