My Life

I would like to give 5 stars to my good experience which I just had in this Telenor branch. The employee who was helping me was so professional, friendly and super helpful. He walked me step by step through the required process.

Telenor charged me 100dkk per day for 6 days while I was abroad in the Faroe Islands for having mobile data activated (roaming turned OFF) despite zero usage and no instruction how to turn it off. They did not ask permission to do this and offered no way to opt out inside the message notification. I assumed (as most people would) that you would have to opt in to purchase additional travel data... not that they would automatically charge me 100/day and not even instruct me how to turn this off. When calling support they offered no help at all and agreed that it is a stupid system - how can a company charge its customers without their permission and not even instruct them how to turn it off?! I think this is extremely bad service...
