Hej alle sammen Remarkable how small, yet chock-filled with quality goods SportsMate is! Basketball, Running & Volleyball shoes along with a wide variety of useful apparel & accessories. It is GREAT! Purchased a pair of basketball shoes that upon further inspection turned out to have a production 'imperfection'. Frankly, it was minuscule but it found it's way into my obsessive conscious and I was unsatisfied. Another member of the Sportsmate team, different to whom had helped me originally, helped me with my complaint. Unfortunately, a brand new pair was not a possibility since I had purchased the last size 46 however, we were able to settle on a new pair of extra cushioned socks! All in all, good experience from service perspective. That said, the reason this rating is a 4 and not 5 is because I believe that an opportunity was missed to delight a customer. Perhaps it's down to cultural differences or substandard negotiating tactics on my behalf *cough, stretches* but with the plethora of today's buying options these types of opportunities (unhappy customers) should be celebrated and capitalised on from a service/customer success perspective. *end rant* All in all, fantastic shop with helpful, welcoming staff! Really proves that good things come in small packages! Will maybe shop again in the future - thanks for the socks!! ; ).
