It takes more of an effort to keep this dying industry alive than what we experienced from the photographer on that day. In the end we didn't buy the photos. Nice to let us decide freely if we wanted to.

At the end of 2019 my daughter had a photo session at school. I paid tight after receiving the photo, 90kr. We moved out. Today, in March 2020 I received a PayEx invoice for nearly 800kr saying that I have a debt. The company never contacted me personally. I was put into financial debt company for no reason. Avoid it widely as they do not have a good contact and you never know what they would charge you for. The school will be informed of this too not to use it any more. Terrible practice!!!

extremely slow at delivering/printing the photos, it is more than 1½ month since they tuck the pictures, and we still haven't received them!

Although they were nice, they are not professional and do not take \passport\ photo's seriously. I wasted 179 DKK because the picture was not even close to being the proper dimensions. DO NOT GO THERE!

Gode billeder, men har nu oplevet flere gange at der er rod omkring betaling/returnering I forbindelse med returbilleder får jeg en rykker med pålagt gebyr, da Modulfoto sender rykkere inden de tjekker returvarer. Ved opkald til kundeservice er beskeden at \den skal du bare se bort fra\, men hvorfor er der ikke styr på det inden det sendes?
