I first became aware of JA Radio about a year ago, when they sold me some replacement belts for a portable stereo. While the belts were quite expensive, I found the experience in general to be quite nice. It was for this reason that, when I got a broken Pioneer receiver earlier this year, I chose JA Radio for the servicing it needed. They quoted the cost of the repair as being 1000 kroner, but I ended up paying in excess of 1400. This seemed fair at the time, as they had apparently had to replace a great many fuses in the device, and they returned the dead fuses to me along with the receiver. When I continued to experience problems with the receiver though, I contacted JA Radio, who first chalked up the issues as being inherent problems with the (relatively low end) device. But mere weeks after the servicing, the entire left channel of the PHONO stage of the receiver had died. At this point, JA Radio has stopped responding to my emails though (I last heard from them more than 3 months ago and have written multiple times since), and I am stuck with a receiver in worse functioning order than before I even got it serviced. I have since tested the “dead fuses” they charged so much to replace- the fuses are still in perfect working order. I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I had, and cannot recommend the service to anyone, as much as I would have liked to have worked things out with them. 2 stars are given instead of 1 though, as while I didn’t buy anything, I found their selection of vintage hifi products to be very impressive.

Godt at der stadig er værksteder som dette for ens elskede hi-fi grej. Som en lille tidslomme, der minder en om alternativet til at smide ud ikke er nyt, men en vej frem.
JA radio er dybt professionelle, og et sikkert sted at aflevere sit Hi-fi grej. Kan anbefales til entusiaster.
Stort stort udvalg og mange gode varer. Service er også rigtig god, men de priser de tager for noget af deres udstyr er helt hen i vejret det er Danmarks dyreste uden sammenligning hifi butik.
God service har købt båndoptager og radio cd afspiller og bluray som jeg er rigtig glad for ikke sidste gange jeg køber noget i ja radio kan varmt anbefales
En fantastik forretning og fin betjening
Sendte min forstærker til reparation og fik den tilbage en uge efter. Den har aldrig lydt bedre. God og hurtig service, og gode priser.
