I have not been a customer there (yet) since I just was there for a extension consultation. I have my own tape-ins that I would love to get them to attach, however I need to make it fit to my own hair colour first. They were nice and open and did a trial on one of the hairs free of charge. They were honest and declined colouring my extensions because the result was not good enough. I think this shows how professional they are and rather decline a customer than ruining the extension. Will come again to have them install the hair.
