I've been with Heartcore for 2 years now and I would dare to say that it is perhaps the best place to learn krav maga in Copenhagen! Joen and Majbrit are both great instructors and great people as well! I've tried krav maga in various gyms in 3 different countries and you can always tell when an instructor is in it for the money or because they love what they are doing, and the latter is true for Heartcore, no doubt about that! When joining Heartcore, apart from the high quality training, one should expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, classes also being taught in English and free access to a small yet decently equipped fitness room. Whether you are looking to learn how to defend yourself on the street or just wish to get in shape, Heartcore is definitely the right place!

Awesome serious qualified teachers with a touch of humour, training Self Defence for Women and Krav Maga couldn't get any better! There is space for all levels, for locals and foreigners, for making mistakes and learning from them, for getting better in your tempo. If you are a woman and want to start somewhere, I would recommend to start with the 4 weeks intensive self defence course for women only.
