Outlet store, so instead of crazy prices just expensive. 50-60% off.

Outlet store, some items 30% off, others 50%, either discontinued or damaged boxes. My wife (half Danish) loves this brand and their stuff, so this makes it affordable to buy! Have to wrap it yourself, instead of the beautiful wrapping in the official stores, but they even provide paper and ribbon. Directly above a Royal Copenhagen store although that doesn't appear to be discounted.

The service in the shop could be much better. As mentioned below, you have to wrap parcels yourself, which is subpar to even the cheapest retailers. This is not okay for a high end shop selling products that are very commonly used as presents for important celebrations, e.g., a wedding in my case. Although it is a outlet shop it is not cheap (at all), and a minimum level of service ought to be provided.
