To be honest I had my part in the story where I changed my mind of actually not buying a new chain. Yet, what then happened was absurd. The boss refused my wish and told his mechanic to stop immediately while in the middle of the process of changing my cranks. He justified himself saying he’d only deliver quality work, why he wouldn’t put on the old chain. After excusing myself several times for the inconvenience I had caused he ended up just ignoring me and let me wait a whole while to pay my 200DKK for what was 10 min of work and didn’t include any material. When I came back home to finish the bike I realised that they had clipped off and therefore destroyed my old chain. After comparing the price he wanted for changing my chain I called other stores to compare. All were way cheaper. Regarding the bikes my friends rented at this place I also doubt the labour quality of this store. Keep your hands off this store.
Highly recommend this place to get your bike fixed. Not only do you get it fixed the same day, but also the workers are honest and give useful advice.
