A level “below” Kind people but all flash. They lacked lacking quality where it matters. Massage therapist gave me a skin rub more than a massage... she simple didn’t “know” the muscles underneath. She Could not feel where areas needed work... sometimes (rarely) the massage stroke was perfect because she happened to hit the right spot on the muscle then on the other side of my body it was again clear that this had been pure luck. The same exact stroke was on the wrong spot and did nothing I had a Prenatal / pregnancy massage. At 850 DKK I expect this to be done with a pregnancy pillow or massage chair but I was asked to lay on my side. Even my massage scheme at work has a pregnancy pillow! (And massages that are 10 times better too...) Lastly, the massage gets oil in your hair and they lack standard facilities for a shower. Kindly I was allowed to use their one shower in another room but again... what do you do if you are not planning to go home? (Not the biggest thing but again at 850 dkk I would expect a quality massage with the details thought through.)

I love my eyebrows shape. Bella is the best The facial wasn't what I expected as I wanted a really deep facial but it was really nice and relaxing. Also, I recommend the sparkling tea, is Delicious for those who like bubbles and no alcohol.

I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve always had a wonderful experience when visiting Beauty Avenue. I love the little hand massage I get while waiting for the eyebrow colour to work, the staff is always very kind and professional, and I like the products sold in the shop - especially the hand sanitiser, which smells wonderfully and doesn’t destroy my hands.
