When I walked in the room the floor was full of hair (which can be unhygienic - and it can pass fleas to your pet). After approximately 5 visits in a row, the experience was really mixed. Sometimes we were met with a competent, sweet vet - other times... Well let's just say I would have walked away if I weren't so desperate. After some visits they finally decided it was time for a blood sample. I met an uncaring and apathetic vet, which had to be taking the sample. After a feeble attempt of taking the sample, he asked me to hold my pet because it was scared, just to decide after a couple of minutes and one more try that we couldn't proceed taking a blood sample. Something about the pet was too 'wild' and couldn't proceed. Still had to pay the honorary though (which is still 1000 dkk). After a small 10.000 dkk my per was still sick and I had to keep explaining the situation over and over to a new vet. I wouldn't go there again.
My family and I was in a trip, on holydays. Our dog has a big coff and we go to the Fredericia Dyrehospital. The attemption was excellent. They are very good profesionals. And so kind.
