3 stars is not a bad score. The place is a decent place to find a good meal at an affordable price. Cozy and placed close to the shopping districts of Fredericia. The reason for three stars is that the place is pretty standard budget beef place. The beefs are of a smaller size, side dishes consist of fries and the deserts are nothing to write home about. But if what you look for is a place that you can eat out at on a budget, then I'd suggest Jensens Bøfhus, especially their mid day offers (last till 16.00).

Good food in a generous ambient with efficient staff. The beer and the meat hit my needs!
Really nice personnel. The kids room is a bit small but still a good family restaurant.
Rump steak, pepper sauce, fries and ratatouille. A good meal.
Good service from waitresses but sadly the Jensen brand has stooped to a new all time low : now they charge you for meat, charge you for sauce and charge you for sidedish (potatoes). It used to be so that when you ordered something the sauce and potatoes came with it. But now they have split these items up, so in fact you pay MORE for the same meal. In my case my favorit meal on Jensen just got almost 23% more expensive. Im never eating at Jensen again.
