Dynamica Ropes manufactures rope and sling solutions made with Dyneema®. We are located in Denmark and have several years of experience with rope solutions, ROPE slings and FIBER slings. All products are custom made and manufactured with the strong Dyneema® fiber that is 10 times lighter than steel but just as strong. Lifting slings manufactured with Dyneema® are for example used as heavy lifting equipment within the wind sector when installing and maintaining windmills onshore and offshore. Our slings are lightweight which makes them safer to use and easier to handle - even in heights. Our sling and rope solutions have many purposes and are always custom made for each specific operation. Dyneema® solutions are manufactured as J-tube lines, cable pulling lines, lashings etc. within Oil&Gas, but also mooring solutions, winch line solutions and solutions for 4x4 and gliding are areas where Dyneema® ropes are used. Besides high-quality ropes and sling solutions, Dynamica Ropes offers a recertification service of all DYNAMICA ROPE and FIBER slings and in house test facilities in the shape of a 35 m long test bed with a maximum capacity on 500 t. The test bed provides us and our customers with the opportunity to break test and measures elongation of Dyneema® rope and sling solutions. When designing slings, straps or other rope solution the splice method is a crucial point to maintain the highest possible breaking strength of the rope. All our riggers have passed fiber knowledge courses and splice training and will assist you and your team with splice guidance if necessary.
