NEVER have I experienced WORSE service! My husband was going to Stockholm and the bus was more than TWO HOURS DELAYED. According to (EU) nr. 181/2011, if the bus is more than 90min delayed they have to offer snacks and refreshments, this was NOT done! Furthermore they have to inform passengers of their rights if DELAYS occur and assist to find other means of transportation without any additional cost. If this is not done (and IT WAS NOT) compensation SHOULD be offered, which Flixbus is Denying! So I repeat DON’T use Flixbus and don’t trust the passengers rights because they DON’T apply to them!

Min kones bus i Paris til Hamborg, der skulle køre kl. 21:00 blev aflyst, og hun måtte venter til kl. 03:30 før den næste bus kom. Hun blev lovet at i fra Hamborg ville hun modtage en togbillet til København, så hun kunne komme hjem, da hun ikke ville kunne nå den bus hun skulle have være med. Der var ingen billet og min kone blev efterladt i Hamborg, til at finde tilbage til København. Da hun ringede til "kundeservice" blev der blot lagt på. Hun er efterfølgende blevet tilbudt en voucher og ikke en erstatning for de penge hun selv brugte på togbilleterne. Rejs ikke med dem!
Jeg Har Ventet 3 timer Bussen kommer ikke
Bussen kørte før annonceret tid på restepladsen. Jeg blev efterladt. Og ingen hjælp.
