The Finnish sauna was intense. The plunge pool served its purpose. It was very refreshing. The hot tub was fantastic. Screaming children in the sauna and relaxation area are distracting. There is definitely a more brilliant solution. Although hygiene is rehearsed, toilets and changing rooms were far from it. The service staff can cut off a large disk of friendliness from the security staff.
