Fregatten Jylland Reviews | Rating 4.5 out of 5 stars (8 reviews)

Fregatten Jylland is located in Ebeltoft, Denmark on S. A. Jensens Vej 4. Fregatten Jylland is rated 4.5 out of 5 in the category historical place in Denmark.

This is a fantastic attraction with a lot of history. For old and young this is a good place to spend some hours if you’re in Ebeltoft. During these times it is also safe to walk on the ship as everything is one way streets. There are a lot of good stories from the past to be told here.

Very nice ship, 3/4 decks restored. A lot of content for children. Not too much information. Many rooms lack any signs, and you have to guess for its use. Basic information missing, like how fast does the ship go?

Very cool attraction, both for kids and adults. Gives great inside in how such a ship worked. The kid’s quest was a nice touch and the rope making was educating!

This is an interesting place to visit. There is an indoor exhibition of model ships that are all of very high quality. Access to the Jylland is by a gangway, and this means that, together with the steep ladders between the decks, you need to be reasonably fit and mobile to get the most from your visit. I had just come from visiting Glasmuseet, and my receipt from there gave me 20% discount at Fregatten Jylland. I enjoyed my visit very much.

Really informative. Well preserved, with interesting touches to enhance tour, such as staged sounds and smells.

Another great place in DNK. Beautiful ship, great museum, some sort of action and games.

It's a excellently refurnished 18th century frigate, what's not to like? If you speak Danish or German definitely try to get the introduction to the history if the ship.
