The Soulfuls is a place of guidance and encouragement, we are here to create visibility, opportunity and change for women of all backgrounds and across generations. Why The Soulfuls? Our organisation is born out of the need to highlight the presence and success stories of a diverse group of female role models; leaders, innovators, scientists, creatives, entrepreneurs, founders, and influencers. We believe that by telling their stories, by telling them often, and telling them well [engaging and loud], we can rewrite the narrative and history - both in society, but also within groups of minorities and individuals themselves. How? By facilitating events, workshops, mentorship programs and courses, we aim to equip, inspire, encourage and advise our diverse community. We also create a trusted platform, where our community can share their individual challenges, so we, as a group, can address those blockers for personal growth.
