It's a harbour. Currently, however, there is a nice popup like eating offer on burgers and Indian which is recommendable.
Lovely place. Really cool sitting area with a nice wooden plank surrounded by walls on two of the sides and a large glass window on the front facing the water. Ideal on sunny days. Decent amount of parking available and lots of walkers/runners nearby. Worth visiting on a nice relaxed day if you want to spend some time near the water and watch people take their boats out!
