I love to go here with my 5-year-old daughter. Nice pools and changing facilities. System to limit the number of people in each pool is functioning well and it feels safe, even in these Covid-times.

For 50 kr. You can spend some hours swimming (there are four types of pools with different tempratures). There is a sauna included. You can combine it with training as well. They also have a separate spa section as well.
I have been visiting Vestbad for a month, both the fitness and the swimmingpool area. It is rather cold inside of the pools area and the warm swimming pool is so rarely available that the kids simply start freezing and complaining even though they run around. They should offer either warmer surrondings or a warm water to avoid this. I am already loosing the will to come with them (kids) again. For the fitness I can say that it all depends on which hour you hit. They have small groups training there as well, so it is a bit like, Where do I place myself to do the training? If you choose the earlier hours, you will be just fine. Staff is kind and helpful and the sauna is small, but very nice.

Swimming pools suitable for all age ranges, about five pools in total indoors, with toys, water slides, climbing wall, water fountains, whirlpool, inflatable bridges, a warm hydrotherapy pool and 50 metres pool. The kids had a lot of fun. There are separate changing areas for male, female and family. There are tables for lunch and snack, indoors and outside. A negative would be not enough staff. The electronic lockers didn't work (most were faulty) and it was hard to find help.

Great place for families, besides a small pool for toddlers, they have a big pool for small kids with warm water. There's also two activity pools, one with a really cool slide, and finally a 25m pool for parents that want to get some exercise. I totally recommend this place.
