It is simply unacceptable that I am at home especially a day off at work I got to pick up this package I left the house for 15 minutes and finds out by e-mail from me at home was not and that he sends me information about my package I wait all day they would inform me about the package and I did not reach the office, they brazenly replied that they couldn't do anything and they would not pass on the information to the driver so that he could contact me, THAT I WAS SPECIFICALLY GIVING SPECIAL PHONE NUMBER and having zero information sent the topic of MY packets are still outraged as if they were doing it for punishment. They still brazenly reply that they speak Danish only and if they want to speak Danish. A hopeless company. I wish you bankruptcy as soon as possible because you have no idea how to properly perform this profession

According to PostNord website, the delivery of a parcel from Denmark to Italy should take 2/3 days. Today it is the day 7th that the parcel has been shipped from Denmark... and I have no news! I keep refreshing the tracking page and it just say \THE SHIPMENT ITEM HAS LEFT THE COUNTRY OF THE SENDER\ from 5 days !!! Furthemore why PostNord switchboard message is just in danish ??? How can I understand what key to press on my phone.. ?

Dear PostNord, Can you explain me why you can not delivering packages to the door, as it was requested by the sender? You have an agreement to do so and you don’t even try. You invest money to development of the pointless app and marketing, where you can’t even maintain your basic service mission to deliver things from A to B. Does it ring the bell? You are post service company, not an IT firm. I’m right?, or i missed something? I’m getting very annoyed that your employees are not even try to deliver 50% percent of my parcel to my door or post box. The rest goes 3km away from my home to the middle of huge shopping mall, which is completely uncomfortable. You should definitely revise your business and focus on what is important. Otherwise, give at least space for initiatives that are ready to innovate and really improve customer experience. Wish you to consider my feedback and do something about your basic mission of Post Service.

Worst ever! Every time my parcel gets this place, it will be hold FOREVER. Super delayed without any update. HATE this place. How could we have parcel without going through this place. Crazy. Is there anyone who really works there??? What the hell are you doing with my parcel!!!! Do something! Hire more people!! If you don’t want to work, just close!
