Great range, good prices and fast delivery

I paid near to 200, they delivered the wrong item, I made a formal complaint with pic a week ago. And now they ask me to RETURN THE WRONG ITEM MYSELF to the post office! Is it a joke? So they have a mistake and you have to solve it yourself? I can't do it, is a heavy big package. THEY should send someone to pick up the wrong one and GIVING YOU THE CORRECT ITEM at the same time. What kind of customer support is this? Very bad experience you want you avoid.

A month after ordering kitchen machine, still nothing delivered. No response when submitting several requests on their website or via email. Only response via chat and then I was told I could call the courier myself. Will not use again.

I ordered a TV from this company, payed 3k for it. I am told it should arrive in 3 days, some day goes by, and i think it's weird that i haven't received any information about the order, so i call Wupti, and I am told that they have canceled my order for no reason they can explain. This is a IT issue i accepted that, i asked them about my 3 k, i wanted them back so i could buy a other TV, they say they cant tell when I would get my money back, i called my bank and so on, and now i got 3k stuck in limbo and they didn't solve the issue at all, and wasted my time. I would never recommend this company to any one that i loved.. What a Joke...

Worst service ever!!! I ordered a speaker and I was told it will be delivered within 3-5 day. There were not provided a tracking number and I called after a week to figure out about my parcel. The person on the other side of the phone told me it will be delivered next day. However since I had planned a big outdoor event and I expected to receive my speaker before the event I called next day and ask them about the status. Suddenly another person told me that my speaker will not be delivered and it had some technical issues and will be sent later within 2-3 weeks. It took them 10 days to figure out this problem! And they could not inform me beforehand? Unfortunately, I had to cancel my purchase and buy a new speaker somewhere else. The moral of this is following: if you want to save money and wait long time for your products than you can do it but I would not recommend you. There are plenty of other shops who provide much much better service and have same prices.

1.5 years ago I bought a washing machine from Wupti. A few weeks back it broke and I contacted customer service for a repair. A technician came and said that the machine can't be repaired and that I will get my money back (2 year warranty). Until that point I had a good experience with Wupti, but things drastically changed. The washing machine should have been picked up and afterwards I would have been refunded. But at the agreed day no one showed up to pick up the washing machine. I called customer service and arranged a new time. The same thing happened again. Now they promise (since two weeks) to arrange for a new pick up - so far nothing happened and I have already given them a reminder-call. This company cannot be trusted! Don't buy here!
