Maybe I came in a bad time, but the staff was seemingly uninterested and indifferent about my request of a book, that required me to explicitly ask for having it looked up. I had just been serviced in Arnold Busch near Rundetaarn, which therefore stood in sharp contrast to the very professional and patient guidance I had been given there. A different staff or a different day may have been giving me a positive experience - this didn’t.
