So UNPROFESSIONAL and so BAD clinic. They first ask for the money, and then - after if you have on you, yes, they will save your dog, but otherwise if you forget your money - wallet or phone home doesn’t matter the conditions of the dog, you must to go back and take your wallet, and if the dog survive until you bring them the money yes they will check the dog. For two years i used the service from this clinic, buying the food every month there, checking the dog etc. They didn’t want to give me invoice that i can pay with my net bank (unfortunately i don't use MobilPay) and they demand that i go back home and bring the money first (my dog was in terrible condition) Shame for the clinic and employee there, how they can acting like this. I didn’t know that the money is much more important of my pet life. In witch society we live, and how the people who supposed to work they job with a love are so evil and without feelings. They don't care about your pet, they care just about money Even me and my car are so so better treated when i drive them to mechanic.

Vores hund havde blodig diarré og opkast i en weekend, så vores normale dyrlæge var ikke åben. Derfor var vi nødt til at besøge dyreklinikken i Birkerød. De ville gerne tage blodprøver samt beholde hunden til dagen efter for at give væske intravenøst. Pris ca. 20.000 kr!!!!!!!!!! Vi synes det var for dyrt og tog i stedet hunden med hjem og fik den til at drikke væske/suppe hver halve time. Dagen efter var hunden næsten helt frisk. To dage efter var alt ok igen. Dyrlægen var flink og rar. Men deres priser er fuldstændig ude af proportioner. Jeg kommer der aldrig igen.
Intet mindre end en fantastisk behandling af Roley. Kompetent og seriøs indføring i det forestående. Ligeledes god opfølgning og ingen udfordring med efterfølgende uddybende spørgsmål og check på klinikken.
Vi fik den mest fantastiske hjælp da vores hund kom til skade. De var utrolig søde overfor os og overfor vores hund var de meget rolige og håndterede ham utrolig flot. Selvom han havde smerter og var utryg så fulgte han med og stolede på dem. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale dem igen.
Kimba & familie er meget tilfredse og trygge ved Dyrlægerne i Birkerød Dyreklinik - de er altid venlige, faglige og Kimba er glad når hun skal ind til dyrlægen.
Vi kom på aften besøg kl 22, og blev rigtigt godt modtaget! Et fint besøg trods alt!
