Worst support ever! No one can help i with anything. Bought a game that does not work keeps crashing when i launch it. And no one can help me and i cant get a refound becuase i "played" the game..

Their support is down right dreadful. Their waiting times are unacceptable and their help is useless. I was waiting for 2½ hours on the phone only to be told that they were unable to help me recover my account 2 step varification code. This is not okay. Shame on you Ubisoft, shame on you! If you want to keep a player/costumor base you seriously need to up your efforts. The only reason I'm giving 1 star and not 0 is because I can't send this with 0 stars.
This is a cool place with amazing people working there :D

Always problems with my login - Never able to recover my account.
Dem har en så extremt dålig support. Har betalat och inte fått min tjänst på 72 timmar. När jag väl hjorde min support request fick jag inte tydliga instruktioner om hur så trodde att det hade skickats. Det var 48 timmar sedan jag skickade ett email och har inte fått något svar.
