After I sold House, still taken money from my account, and tryg doesn't return. It had been almost 4 months, over 300kr for each MONTH. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
I had an insurance policy with Tryg in Denmark. All good and well until I moved to Sweden and tried to cancel the policy. I contacted their customer support by email to let them know that I want to cancel the policy and they never wrote back. Thinking I had cancelled the policy I stopped paying the insurance. Three months later they charged my bank account for a full year. I contacted their customer service to ask about the status of my policy and ask for a refund. The customer service agent I talked to said she couldn't give me a full refund so they kept 3 months' premium. I thought I was done with them but then 3 years later I got a bill from a debt collector saying I owed money to Tryg Forsikring A/S. I contacted their customer service a lot of times to get to the bottom of it and apparently they claimed that I owed them another 3 months of premium. I had never received any notification of this unpaid debt in these 3 years. The person who \was in charge of helping me with the case\ never replied to my mails. I never felt helped or respected by the company and I will never in my life make another insurance with them. I am sure there are better services out there.
Public transport connectivity is not good as only 1 bus available to reach here. Many cycle entries and path around the place.
Today I had to use my car insurance, unfortunately All the guys were absolutely 100% professionals!!! They came with a truck and professional mechanic for 30min only. Was out of Cph but they came immediately. Never change this insurance company! Big thank you for all the stuff of Truck insurance company
