First time user of a taxi service in Denmark, was a little nervous given the reviews here, as to whether or not the driver would turn up, on time, if at all. Have to say very impressed with service. Driver was very pleasant and friendly and very patient while I practiced my Danish on him. Used the service to take my sick cat to the vets, who was very noisy in the back of the taxi, but the driver was a gem. Will definitely use service again, Nordsjælland area, I also booked ahead and had a wait and return.

Its about 4*48 / Dantaxi Taxi No: 1-0949 driver no.: 501257, he is really a Fraud man. Normally, from Hvidovre hospital to near Bellacenter st. It cost around 272 kr. approx. He took me 353kr from me. 2 days ago, When I asked him from Hvidovre hospital to my address, he started the taxi and entered the address and started the navigator and started to drive. I was watching him what he was doing he was busy on zoom in my address and searching the longer Way by him self rather following Maps. and he drove and charged extra 2 km for me and took 353 in normal Day. So he is a fraudster and taxi service is scam. Beware from him. # taxi no.: 1-0949 # driver no.: 501257# 4*48 # Dantaxi. Service# scam driver.

Just boken my foot a couple hours earlyer and was in excruciating pain and I had a cast almost all the why to my knee when I tried to get home from the hospital. After having problem getting in to the cab without no assistent with crunches and a full cast I told the driver what adress I needed to go to. He refused to drive the 800-1000 meter and his word were \I do not care about your foot\. Explained to him that I can't or should not walk at all and he yelled that I'm gonna call the police if you do not go out so I did but I really shouldn't. The company have not bothered answer my mail and therefor I wrote a review instead.

Landed in cph, before I said where we would like to go, I mentioned the pet in the little box ( usually no one can see the 1,5 kg chihuahua I have). The reason why I did this was out of respect as I knew that some religions would like to be aware of the pet in their vicinity. But he bluntly refused to drive us. So did the next guy from another company and so did the third guy. I had to get one Scandinavian taxi driver to get us home.

DO NOT TAKE THESE SCAM CABS!!!! Especially avoid those at the airport. They drive around town and drive in the wrong direction on purpose!!!! Never trust this company

I CAUGHT A DANTAXI 4X48 DRIVER STEALING MY BIKE. I finished work early in the morning and went to find my locked bike to go home. I could not see my bike where I had parked it. Not far from where I parked my bike, I noticed a Dantaxi 4x48 car with my bike tied to the back of it. I approached the driver to speak with him and knocked on his window. He refused to speak with me. I said 'excuse me, I think you have the wrong bike. That's my bike you have'. He continued to ignore me and would not wind down the window. I went to the passenger side door and knocked on the window. I spoke with the customer, who told me she didn’t have a bike. I proceeded to the back of the vehicle, to take the bike down from the back of the car. It was at this point that the driver got out of the taxi and approached me. I showed him that my keys unlocked the locks that were on the bike. The driver then demanded to see my ID and asked if I was here legally. He threatened to call someone (I don't Know who). He continually demanded to see my papers and could not tell me why my locked bike was on the back of his taxi when it did not belong to the passenger in the car. I have contacted Dantaxi through their complaints section on the website. I have not received a phone call or email. I then contacted them directly by phone. I was told it was a police matter. Only after I suggested that it isn’t a good look for the company and that they should know that a driver representing them is stealing, they gave me an alternate email. I emailed and still have not received any correspondence back. I have logged a police report about the driver. Terrible company and terrible service.

On a business trip to Copenhagen and stepped into a taxi to my destination. I do not live in Denmark or know my way around and was in s hurry getting to work. As I stepped in and gave the address the driver exploded and started to scream at me. He said it was only 20 min away and I should have taken the Metro. I Said I did not know the distance and does not know my way around. He was drivning very angry pushing the gas and screaming at me Almost hitting another car. As we got to destination he just got out of the car and took my bag out with my work laptop etc and just threw it in the street. Anyone could have taken it as I was chocked and still needed to pay. He got back in and charged me and then pointed at my bag and told me to get out. I just could not even argue with him being alone and female. Worst experience ever.
