We had an amazing meal at AmoreMare! The pizza was excellent and the service was impeccable. Great wine selection and super cosy and romantic atmosphere.

Very friendly staff and delicious pizza. They have a extraordinary selection of Pizza flavours. The prices are, compared to other restaurants on Ærø, quiet reasonable.
We were disappointed to say the least. We had the shrimp risotto and the spaghetti with sea food. The risotto came in a mini portion with just two tiny shrimps on top. The spaghetti were no spaghetti and were just drowned in a mixture of oil, water and garlic. The 'pesto' didn't taste good at all, the shrimp still had there shell and were uneatable due to being soaked in oil. Wouldn't go back and rather go hungry than pay their high prices. Not worth the money at all.
Ok this review is only on takeout.Because we couldn't make reservations all week. The place looks really nice from what I saw. The pizza was good and I think it would have been better if we ate at the restaurant. By the time I got it back to where we where staying it go kind of soggy. The crust is very thin so not good for takeout I gave it a three star because I was not able to judge the service or pizza at the restaurant.
Terrible, worst experience. We had planned to celebrate our wedding dinner at this restaurant and informed the restaurant well in advance. On the day we also confirmed our table. They failed to tell us that their full menu was not available that day and all they could offer us was pizza! Not exactly what we had in mind but we gave it a go anyway. The pizza was oily, tasteless and nothing like in Italy. It was so bad I couldn't eat more than a few bites. The manager was extremely rude and did not accept any negative feedback. She got really angry and aggressive, and was involving her regular customers in our discussion, claiming no one had ever complained about their pizza before. Definitely not suitable for special occasions, and don't go with high expectations
It's a nice place with a great service, but definitely overpriced. This appetizer on the photo cost 20, and it's for 2 people
Best pizza outside of Rome or Naples. Scratch that, it's better!
