I had been in two or three times before and thought the place wasn’t too bad. However, when I went in two weeks ago I had one chipped nail and I wanted to get it fixed. I was only wanting this done if they had the same colour of nail varnish as I’d been in Georgia and got my nails done while on holiday. When I asked if they had the same colour, they didn’t answer me but talked amongst themselves then proceeded to ask me to sit down. I then asked how much and was told 50 kroner. As the woman started to get to work. She didn’t smile once and was miserable! And when I asked her after looking through all their colours if they had the same as my other ones. The woman abruptly said she didn’t know!! By this time, I was in limbo as she had already started on my nail and secondly I only had one hand to maneuver the bundles of nail colour examples. I then asked the ‘main’ woman who seems to boss everyone around and after a conversation in their language between them. She then told me in a terrible manner that I hadn’t got my nails done there so thats why they didn’t have the same colour!! The service here is BAD!!! They’re RUDE, MISERABLE and churn out customers quicker than a factory that makes butter!!

Felt like they were in a rush and didn't have time to do a proper job. I didn't get what I paid for. Didn't get massage of neither foot or hands,she didn't remove hard skin. When I looked at what her colleuge did, who actually did a proper job It even made me more unsatisfied whit this whole thing. This was a bad experience.

Fik lavet shellak. Kunne ikke få materialet af neglene igen, selv med ren acetone. Tror ikke på at det er de originale produkter der bliver brugt. Mine egne negle blev filet så tynde at de blev helt bløde og ødelagte. Det tog mig 6 mdr at få ordentlige negle igen!
Måtte her til to gange. Lak ødelagt da jeg kom hjem. Den var åbenbart ikke tør nok. Anden gang bliver jeg bedt om, at beholde mine sandaler på, skønt rensningen løb ud på ruskind.jeg blev også skåret i så blodet flød, uden nogen kommentarer. Sproget i salonen er alt for dårligt/svære at forstå. Der er ikke 4kvm2 PR kunde Usselt sted
