great and friendly physiotherapists but some customer service on the phone and administration was quite rude. 1. I called the first time and they said they'll transfer me to someone, but end up hanging up on me 2. their mistake on not sending me invoice on the treatment then add up on the debt instead of calling by phone way before. 3. all I asked the administrative was if it was the doctor who paid cause my doctor said the general practitioner pays when he said I should pick any Physiotherapist convenient to me, plus I don't know how the system here works. Then the administrative person threaten me about paying debt collection.....what in the world, very impolite especially if you're an administrative role

Det ligger på 6. sal, så alene det, at komme til Fysioterapi er en lektion i sig selv. Man får stillet et glas rødvin i udsigt, når man tager trappen, men se om man får noget? Nej, det må man selv klare. Måske vil jeg overveje elevatoren næste gang .
