Bought a Jacuzzi from them two years ago. The quality of the product is terrible. The control panel freezes if you try to lower the temperature, the run off valve leaked. I managed to fix these issues my self. After two years of use all the jets started falling off. The plastic fasteners for the jets had disintegrated. Contacted DenForm for assistance since replacing all the jets is very expensive. Their answer was \it is normal wear and tear\. The plastic they use for the jets can not handle chlorine water so they disintegrate. So if you want a jacuzzi that lasts two years, then this is the place to go. EDIT as requested from Denform. I refer to my mail to you two years ago in regards to the control panel, the lower temperature button does not work, and if pressed, the control panel freezes. The only workaround is to reset the Jacuzzi. In regards to the runoff valve, then the valve itself was defective and I had to get it replaced, the inner lining was broken and leaked. I do suggest you use plastic that can handle ph values that are used in Jacuzzi. Even though you write in your manual that this might happen, does not excuse that the plastic is not fitted for Jacuzzi use if chlorine is used. If Toyota put in their manuals that the dashboard of a car can become defective in rain, does not justify it happening.

Vi købte et Denform brusebad og troede, det ville være fremragende kvalitet. Ikke rigtig. Nogle dele er fint men andre er af så lav kvalitet, at vi ikke tør at bruge dem. Billig tynd plast afløb på vores gulv virker en dårlig idé. Instruction bog? Tegningerne er de værste, jeg nogensinde har set, i stedet for klare billeder. Som eksempel på, hvor dårlige; bagsiden af instruktionerne: \PRODUCT EXPLOSION FIGURE\. Meget sjovt! Michael fra serviceafdelingen siger bare, at jeg er den eneste, der har problemer. Med andre ord, jeg skal ikke tages alvorligt. I alt en negativ oplevelse, ikke at blive gentaget.
