Oxandbird is an animation studio run by Sarah Joy Jungen and Karsten Peter Kjærulf-Hoop, who have partnered up in Business, art and family life. What is oxandbirds mission? It is our goal to use Oxandbird to partner up with visionaries and companies around the globe to express healthy, clear, beautiful and minimalistic messages. I.e. This can be to promote products that promote low waste, recycling, natural energy or other environmental friendly activities. Or making artistic films whose underlying message is to bring humanity forward and bring greater care into our everyday actions. Why the name oxandbird? Together in collaboration the ox and bird(oxen pecker) make a great team in nature. In the same way we envisioned ourselves, Sarah represents the quick, sharp(style), overview keeping OxBird and Karsten the slow and sturdy Ox that navigates his muscle(animation tech) with the help of the bird. Where is oxandbird located? Oxandbirds animation studio resides in Viborg, Denmark, the Animation capitol of europe. We are part of the animation business environment, Arsenalet, next to the Animation Workshop. A large part of the envisioning and artistic parts also happen at our family house and garden in Viborg.
