Wheelchair-accessible entrance
After being on the phone for an hour and a half, I was told to go into the store for further help. Very frustrating when getting to the store, there was no record of my phone call, no information passed on, so basically I had to start from the start. As the store specialises in phone, I didn't have much expectation as my problem was with the tv package. The assistant tried his best, but he himself said, he didn't know why I was sent to the store. He continued to say that maybe I should get my money back as he was not qualified enough or experienced enough to deal with my tv query. Again very frustrating and very poor customer service. Telia has to improve a lot if it wants to keep us as customers.

BORTSET fra dårlig i hele centret Som desværre telia butikken ikke kunne hjælpe mig, ang mobil tlf modeller, som telia ikke- havde i deres sortiment, som dér også blev høfligt, blev gjort opmærksom på af personalet Såee, høflig og service ang personalet, som IKKE bestemmer udvalget.
