I’ve been to Nam several times now and it’s always excellent. Service is top tier, the food is creative and most of all tastes excellent, and finally the wine list is great. Definitely not my last time.

2020-July 23: Superb fine dining and service, super tasty, aromatic, happy food, explained at the table in the high end fashion. A lesson in what is possible, one of us had 10 course vegan which was also, awesome. Foam. Amazing. Worth the extra for the amazing food. Treat yourself.

Brilliant restaurant that combine new Nordic and Vietnamese food. The 10 course menu is enough to get your full and it was very tasty. I would like to try the 15 next time. Staff was very polite and service minded and provided an excellent service through the whole evening.

Really excellent place! Creative and innovative food expected of an upscale restaurant, yet still familiar and accessible. Excellent service as well. Went in expecting to have to order a la carte since we don't like seafood, but they were more than willing to modify the menu for us. Great wine pairings as well! Please come to Copenhagen!

Very nice gourmet restaurant where Asian theme foods combined with Danish tastes bring new amazing sensations. Highly recommended to take the full 15 course with wine and/or juice. Both wine and juice are perfectly chosen to go with the presented dish to supplement it. Don't forget the dessert at the end, the ice cream from basil was amazing.
