Food is okay, but not wau-good, and therefore not as good as expected. Good wine list. I think you can get the same level other places in Aalborg, but less expensive

WASTE OF FOOD ! First of all, the food was excellent ! But this is not what I'm complaining, It's the waste of food. We ordererd a duck for 2 personen (checkout the pictures). On the menue was written : "1500g Canette duckfried on bone with ......" They delivered the duck and seperated the brest from the body. I asked for the rest of the duck and the waiter told me, that they dumped it into the rubbish, because the only the brest is perfect cooked. I was realy irritated, because they charged more than 100 Euros for a duck brest und wasted the live of an animal of nothing ! I talked to the manager and his answer was : " You are the first guest who is complaining about that" . There was no : "Sorry, next time we will inform our customers "
Excellent Danish smørrebrød and Garteaux Marcel. Decor is very modernistic and wall paintings are a very interesting choice, also in the bathrooms (go and see for yourself). Service is efficient and nothing wrong with that, but a little more friendly attitude would have made it 5 stars.
It is a very fancy restaurant. very delicious and good looking food and deserts. meats are really well cooked. very warm and friendly staffs. nice decorations and romantic atmosphere. large variety of foods. they serve good coffee and tea. - It is very expensive.
Helpful service with getting a table near the window as we brought the baby carriage. Good atmosphere, nice wide tables which I found very nice compared to the usual small Cafe tables. The owner was nice but not the verbal waiter. Ordered from the menu - 3 pieces of smørrebrød. Very tasteful - lots of flavor, good combination. Would recommend for lunch. Haven't tried dinner but might with the experience at hand.
We had lunch here - fantastic smørrebrød! The interior is a bit much of everthing but if you come here for the food you wont be disappointed

What a place! We hade pre-orders a tre course meal that was on offer during winter break. The place had a high class vibe, and the waiter's was really tentative and friendly. The food was really amazing and we had the wine pack that went perfectly whit the wine. So highly recommend.
