The defence museum in Aalborg takes you on a lovely journey from Denmark's early military history fighting Sweden all the way up to its contribution in Afghanistan with the ISAF. The collection has a fantastic array of tanks, jet planes, small and large arms. I especially enjoyed the weapons on display that you could handle yourself and the fact that you could climb ontop and into alot of the tanks.

Fantastic. A must for every enthusiast of military history. Museum is situated in an aircraft hangar built by German Luftwaffe in WWII. On display are Danish post war aircraft, tanks, artillery, military vehicles and other equipment. A German WWII bunker can be visited.

Lots of Nice history pieces, not much english information. The tanks you could climb on outsider I would rather see them restored and on the inside.
