The apartments were built in 70'ies, in very poor quality. The noise insulation is non-existent. If neighbors are smoking, you will have to as well as smell travels through ceiling/floor. I had to pay relatively small deposit once moving in but make no mistake, the administration have taken care to double amount to owe. The pricing is just something incredible, i.e. cleaned apartment was cleaned once again for 3 hours for 300dkk/hour rate before taxes, the bathroom door was changed to my expense for around 3000dkk as every single bolt was bought new and many more. I am talking about single room apartment where I mainly lived 5 days a week for little over 1 year when working in area. I would think twice before choosing this administration as it could end up relatively expensive.
